Received today when expected by 11/24. Car was out of commission all that time. But once received, installed immediately and now the car looks old compared to the new headlamps.

I bought a pair of these from best price mirror dot com. They are beautiful and easy to install-except for the wiring harness, but that is Jeep’s fault. The harness connector is apparently inside of a tubular frame member, and unaccessible to my hand. So I removed the old bulbs, installed them in the new lights, and was complete about that fast. Only one bolt and four alignment snap connectors hold the fixture in place. The only problem was, Best Price Mirror had sent me one light with an amber turn signal, and one with a clear turn signal bar. I wrote them, and they said they would send me a new one promptly. However, they did not. I had to contact them again in two weeks, so they sent a new one this time, and VOLUNTARILY REFUNDED MY MONEY for that light. They were a pleasure to deal with, when it could have quickly gotten very ugly. I always appreciate doing business with folks like these.

    Excellent product, priced incredibly right.

The wiring harness for a 2000 Grand Cherokee did not allow for a quick and easy swap, but I removed the bulbs/sockets/wires from the old light units, installed them in the new, and all is well. These made my Grand Cherokee look five years younger!

I will agree with the other prior posts, well worth the price to swap out the older fogged-over headlights with these. Removal of either headlamp requires removal of a single long screw, then you can pull forward the headlamp assembly. One thing to note, the headlamp (once the screw is removed) is held on there by a plastic ball-and-socket joint (3X I think), make sure you put those back if they stay attached the old headlight. This happened to me, easy enough to remove them and re-set them into their intended spot. I also totally agree with keeping the old wire harness and sockets, as other people have posted. I didn’t even try to swap that, as it didn’t look overly easy to get to (and some noted it did not mate properly to the existing wire). Simply swap the sockets to the new headlight, and re-install is a breeze. Thanks to prior posters for saving me some time. The new headlights really do make a huge difference in luminance and appearance, especially for ~$100.
